A Happy Accident 26.02.

I logged into Google Reader to do a little dusting because it’s obvious, I haven’t been there in awhile. I was making an attempt to get back into reading blogs again because I do know that it helps me write by helping me come up with ideas. I saw a post from Tina at Tina-cious.com. The post was obviously written in anger and I went to her site to leave her a quick hug. But you know what? The post wasn’t there…

I hit her up on G Chat, she told me she had deleted it. I made a comment about how it sucks that the deleted blog was still floating around like that…And a light bulb went off in my head. I scrolled through my google reader and found my own blog… Yes, I do subscribe to my own blog… And there appeared all of my posts from this time last year that I thought I lost when I went on hiatus.

I was smiling when the Lil Monkey came out of the shower topless…I’m not sure if my smile had more to do with the free show or my lost posts, but I was cheesin from ear to ear.

Expect for some of the old posts to appear mixed with the new ones. I’m too excited to share these with my new readers…

Yeah, Google caches websites. I can show you a link to a webpage I made back in ’97, even though it’s no longer an active link now. There’s a way you can keep Google from crawling your pages though, by modifying your robots.txt file. Can’t wait to see your old posts.

Whoooo-EEEEE! Puppy Christmas in February! You know I can imagine how out of your mind with excitement you are! I’ve had similar saves with my writing, and there’s nothing like it!
